This victory made him the youngest male player in the Open era to reach 13 Grand Slam quarterfinals. From the outset of the match against Rinderknech, Alcaraz displayed his dominance. In the initial set, he faced a challenging moment when Rinderknech managed to put him on the back foot. However, Alcaraz cleverly responded with a back-flip shot along the sideline, securing a crucial point.
